Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bourbon Archive. We are committed to delivering your favorite bourbons and wines safely, legally, and promptly. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, processing times, legal restrictions, and delivery procedures.

1. Order Cut-Off Time and Processing

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: 0–1 business days
  • Transit time: 2–4 business days

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier performance, and weather or holiday-related delays. You will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

3. Shipping Availability

Wine Shipping

We currently ship wine to the following U.S. states:

AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, DC

Hard Liquor Shipping

We do not ship hard liquor to the following states:

AL, AK, HI, KY, ND, NH, MS, UT

4. Age Verification and Adult Signature Required

All alcohol shipments must be received by an adult at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID is required at delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address to help ensure successful delivery.

5. Carriers and Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Use of such addresses will result in return shipping fees.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all orders.

7. Tracking and Order Updates

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Order updates will also be sent via email for each status change.

8. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with details and photos.
  • We will assist with replacements or refunds as appropriate.
  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier immediately upon notification.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Bourbon Archive is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address submissions.
