Returns and Refunds Policy

At Bourbon Archive, we are committed to customer satisfaction and the highest standards of service. Please review our policy below to understand our return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Our Return Window is 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on perishable or seasonal items, limited releases, or sale/clearance products unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Returns are not accepted for orders placed in error by the customer, including incorrect item selections or shipping address submissions.
  • Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Damaged, opened, or altered bottles are not eligible.

Return Methods

Customers may return eligible products through any of the following methods:

  • By Mail: Use the prepaid return label included in your original package.
  • In-Store: Visit our store at 3006 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039, United States.
  • Drop-Off Location: Contact us and we will provide a nearby drop-off location.

Return Label

A return label is included in the original shipment for your convenience.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund for returned items that are not defective or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed information and images. Once verified, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement depending on availability.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing products, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.
  • Shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Legal Notice

All alcohol returns are subject to federal and state laws. Refunds will not be issued for opened, used, or altered items. All customers must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to receive alcohol shipments. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by failed delivery due to age verification, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address submissions.
