Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bourbon Archive, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and service excellence. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below to understand our return and refund process.

📆 Return Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Please return the item for a refund if eligible.

📦 Return Methods

Eligible items can be returned via:
  • Using the prepaid return label included in your shipment
  • Returning in person to our physical store at 3006 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles, California, 90039, United States
  • Dropping off at a designated location (we’ll provide details upon request)

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is free if the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

💰 Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition (damaged, opened, or altered bottles are not accepted)
  • Returns due to customer error (e.g. wrong product ordered) are not accepted
  • Limited releases, sale items, seasonal products, or perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective

💸 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll update you on your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item
  • Shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will issue a replacement or full refund, including shipping, based on availability.

🌍 International Returns

Returns from outside the U.S. must follow the same policy. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

⚖️ Legal Notice

All alcohol returns are subject to U.S. federal and state laws. Refunds will not be granted for opened, used, or altered products. Customers must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to receive alcohol shipments. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to age verification issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect addresses.
